Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

FieldHealth Africa (fieldhealthafrica.org) is operated by Bery Health and Supplies LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA, with its registered office at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. References to "we", "us", or "our" in this policy refer to Bery Health and Supplies LLC as the data controller.

Our tools are designed and field-tested from our field office in Mamfe, South West Region, Cameroon, by Dr. Nzozone Henry Fomukong, District Medical Officer, who acts on behalf of the data controller.

For privacy-related enquiries, contact us at hello@fieldhealthafrica.org.

2. What information we collect

We collect only the information you actively provide or that is generated by your use of the site:

  • Contact and enquiry forms — name, email address, and message content when you submit the contact form, the feedback form, or request a callback. These forms are processed by Formspree (see section 4).
  • Free Library download gate — first name and email address, plus your role and country if you choose to give them, when you request a free tool. We store this ourselves in Cloudflare D1 and email you the download links through Brevo. The form also asks you to agree to receive new tool releases and field notes, and adds you to our mailing list on that basis. You can unsubscribe from any message we send, and you can ask us to delete your record entirely.
  • Pro Library purchases — your email address and the Mobile Money number you enter at checkout, together with the amount, our order reference, and the payment status. Payment itself is carried out by CamPay: you approve the charge on your own handset with your Mobile Money PIN, which we never see, receive, or store. We hold no card details, because the Pro Library accepts no cards — Mobile Money through CamPay is the only payment method.
  • Newsletter subscription — email address, if you choose to subscribe via our Substack publication (drhenrynzozone.substack.com). Substack's own privacy policy governs that relationship.
  • Analytics data — aggregate page-view and session data collected by Google Analytics 4, which is active on this site. This includes approximate location (country/city), device type, browser, and pages visited. No personally identifiable information is passed to GA4 under our configuration.

3. How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiries and messages.
  • To deliver free-library tools you have requested.
  • To process and fulfil Pro Library purchases.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it (analytics).
  • To send update notifications about tools you have downloaded, if you opted in.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-party processors

We use the following services, each governed by their own privacy policy:

Formspree (formspree.io)

Processes submissions from the contact form, the feedback form, and the Pro Library "notify me" form. Data is transmitted to Formspree's servers in the United States. Formspree no longer handles Free Library downloads; those go to Brevo and Cloudflare, below. Formspree Privacy Policy →

Brevo (brevo.com)

Sends our transactional email and holds our mailing list. Brevo emails you the download links when you request a free tool, emails your access code when you buy a Pro Library tool, and stores the name, email address, role, and country of anyone who joins the mailing list. Brevo is based in France and processes this data in the European Union. Brevo Privacy Policy →

CamPay (campay.net)

Processes every Pro Library payment — MTN Mobile Money and Orange Money in Cameroon. We pass CamPay the Mobile Money number and amount so it can raise the charge on your handset; you authorise it with your own PIN, which is never transmitted to us. CamPay is the sole payment processor for the Pro Library. CamPay Privacy Policy →

Cloudflare (cloudflare.com)

Hosts and serves the website via Cloudflare Pages, and stores our training-tool submissions, Pro Library order records, and Free Library download requests in Cloudflare D1. Cloudflare may log request metadata (IP address, headers) for security and performance purposes. Cloudflare Privacy Policy →

Google Analytics 4 (analytics.google.com)

Collects aggregate usage data. GA4 loads on every page of this site. You can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Substack

Manages our newsletter publication. If you subscribe, your email address is stored by Substack. Substack Privacy Policy →

5. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies for analytics and form functionality. See our full Cookie Policy for details.

6. Data retention

Contact and feedback submissions are retained in Formspree for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose of the request, and deleted upon request. Free Library download requests are kept in our own Cloudflare D1 database, and in Brevo for as long as you stay on the mailing list; unsubscribing removes you from the list, and you can ask us to delete the underlying record as well. Purchase records are retained as required by applicable financial and tax regulations. Analytics data is retained for 14 months (Google Analytics default). You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (EU/EEA residents: your national data protection authority).

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@fieldhealthafrica.org. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Children's privacy

FieldHealth Africa is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
